Various Went Post to Wire in Summertime Oaks

Summertime Oaks – Grade II

Various broke out in front going three lengths clear of the field and was then closed down in the home stretch going on to win The Summertime Oaks by half a length from Wicked Broom Witch with Casi Kruz a further quarter of a length back in third.

Various went post to wire winning The Summertime Oaks by half a length from Wicked Broom Witch with Casi Kruz a further quarter of a length back in third. The winner is owned by Mb Stables.

How they ran.

Various went post to wire going three lengths clear of the field and was then closed down in the home stretch going on to win by half a length.

Wicked Broom Witch started and raced in second closed down the winner in the home stretch but just failed by half a length.

Casi Kruz started in third and dropped back to race at the rear of the field then ran on down the home stretch getting back up to finish third.

Devils Future started at the rear of the field and improved position to race in third and ran home stretch being passed I the final furlong dropping back to finish fourth.

Cobra Kai always near the rear of the field started in fourth dropping back in the home stretch to finish last of the five runners.
