Estero Farms Takes Home First Stake In Bold Ruckus

Bold Ruckus Stakes

$125.000 Stake At 6 Furlongs On Dirt For 3 Year Old Ontario Breds

The Bold Ruckus on Sunday afternoon at WO did not disappoint on the off track. The race had a ton of betting value though as Tune Up looked like one of the ones to beat but went off as the second longest shot on the board so if you were able to jump on that you likely went home a happy bettor! Tune Up let Criminal Enterprise set the early pace and was happy to sit a length off that lead for the early portion of the race. Turning for home up turned up the pressure and moved wide down the lane pulling away through the last furlong. Moscow Court let the other pack of three around the track making his move late but could not reel in Tune Up, having to settle for second. Criminal Enterprise was able to hold on to third. Caught Asleep trailed the field most of the way around showed some late speed but was only able to pass one in the end. Destined For The Top was not able to show any late speed and struggled to the wire for a fifth place finish. Cool Touch was scratched due to the off track.

Everyone at the SRF would like to congratulate Estero Farms on their first of many career stake wins!
