As early as October 2023, and lasting throughout the year in 2024, trainers bred horses with the dream of creating a TC champion in 2025. From there, we watched them grow, and the biggest contenders would soon begin to make themselves known. Months of prep races to begin this year would separate the best of the best, and a field of 20 would head to the starting gate for the KYD.
Saturday’s great card at PIM will include the 21st running of the Gallorette Stakes, a Grade 3 on the turf for three year old females and upward. Conditions have been consistent over the two decades that the race has been run, with purses either being $100.000 or $150.000.

It’s party time at PIM on Saturday, but before we can get to the PRK, invitations were sent out to five horses that will be taking part in the 21st running of the Dinner Party Stakes, a Grade 3 on the turf at a mile and an eighth.

Bigchief Stables picked up Street Sounds in the December auction, and all had been going well for the colt until his last race down at GP. There were not many people worried about that result, but if there was any doubt that would be erased in the Cinema Stakes, as Street Sounds prevailed in a photo to pick up the win.
