Malibu Moon Shines Over The Fayette
During the summer, Malibu Moon was entered into the Grade 3 Affirmed fresh off of allowance victories. He won the race, providing hope that there would be more big wins in the future. That never materialized in his next two graded events, but that is something that would change in the Fayette.

Outside Rains Supreme In Pattison Canadian Invitational
It was a soggy day at WO for the Grade 1 Pattison, as persistent rainfall led to the turf course being classified as yielding for the race. This led to two scratches, the first being Taniwha, robbing us of our chance to see him go for two in a row.

Dustu Dusts Four in The WV Breeders Classic
The WV Breeders Classic was the highlight of the day at CT, which featured a lot of the top WV-bred horses. It was a balanced field of five on paper with no one real standout.

Full Field for Pattison Canadian Invitational
It’s Pattison weekend up north, as the 14th running of the Grade 1 race will run at WO. It is a race that has been kind to repeat winners with both Siberian Rhythm and Bronze Sabre accomplishing the feat. Bronze Sabre won it three years in a row.
