Confident Elegance, who’s close to being able to boast her own streak of perfection would be able to catch BC Juvenile Fillies winner Soliloquy Sunset in the stretch and went on to win by half a length.

Grand Opening Stays Hot and Wins Pegasus World Cup Turf
With two BC winners in the Pegasus World Cup Turf, and many others that ran in BC races, an entertaining race was widely anticipated. Grand Opening won the BC Turf a couple of months ago, and stayed fresh at PRX in the meantime in preparation of this showdown, hoping to do one spot better than he did in the Pegasus World Cup Turf last year.

Pegasus F & M Turf Is Practically a BC F & M Turf Rematch
A field of eleven will be heading to the starting gate for the 20th running of the Pegasus F & M Turf, and is the third time that race has used that name. Prior to that, it was a $150.000 Grade 3 known as the Marshuas River Stakes, and it would see its purse increase to $500.000 when being upgraded to the Pegasus F & M Turf.

Nearly a Full Gate for Leonatus Stakes
Last year, the Leonatus Stakes appeared on the schedule for the first time and gave us an exciting four way finish at the end. This year, there are eleven horses taking part hoping to get the win for the second go around.
