Dead Madness is a horse that has accomplished a lot over his career, and that includes winning the BC Turf. However, recently, his performances have been underwhelming and for a five year old gelding, that can be concerning. Bettors seemed to think there would be more of the same, rather than a blast from the past as Dead Madness went off at 32/1.

Coming into the Just A Game, La Terrifiant was on good form and seemed to be in a good position to win the race for the second straight year. Hash Tag Hash, however, had other ideas. She was our second choice, so not necessarily a surprise winner unless you thought La Terrifiant had this one in the bag.

It’s time to start looking at the undercard for the biggest race, perhaps in the history of our virtual racing world. There is always plenty of excitement prior to the BEL on this day, and that includes fillies and mares who like to do their racing on the grass.
