Howl Of The Hound Makes TC Statement in Winning The KYD

The excitement started in the afternoon at CD, with two year old fillies going to the starting gate. The winner of the race would be a horse named Blue Dream, serving as a precursor for what would be realized later in the evening. The dream would not be blue, but the opportunity to win what everyone would love: a KYD victory.

Not Trippin Now Wins CD at 30/1

Despite looking like one of the better horses in the field, Not Trippin Now was not given much of a chance by the betting public, and went off at odds of 30/1. He didn’t surprise us though, as he was made one of our picks, and if you boxed our top three picks, you would have had that large trifecta.

Looking for a Star in CD

Part of the excitement on the undercard of the KYD will be the CD, a long sprint for older horses with a generous $500.000 purse. This race will run for the 18th time, but it will be just the third time that it has been classified as a Grade 1.

It’s Time for The 2021 KYD

It is the race that we all have in mind when we took on this journey to become virtual horse racing trainers. On Saturday, we will either see one trainer achieve this incredible accomplishment for the first time, or we will see someone add to their legacy. Others will watch, hoping to one day make the field or to return to it.
