Baptisted By Fire came into The PID Masters Stakes hot, with back to back wins in the Desert Stormer and the Great Lady M Stakes. Each a nice graded win to have, but neither has good as this race would be.

The racing excitement will not be over with once the weekend is, as Monday will feature the 11th running of the PID Masters Stakes, which is a Grade 2 sprint for females on the main track. Tiger Claw Captures DMR Mile
In his last start, Tiger Claw came from way, way back to get up for fifth, and he was a deep closer in the race that came before it as well. Trainer London Racing could have taken that approach with his gelding again, but instead opted to have him at least in the middle of the field early on this time.
