Perfect Trip Wins Knoblauch PRX Dirt Mile

Heading into the PRX Dirt Mile, Knoblauch had accomplised a lot over his 22-race career, but the one thing that he had done yet was win a race that was a mile or more. He’s been able to win sprints, and has run competitively in longer races, but until now, he was not able to say that he had won one.

Once Again, The Cotillion Draws a Loaded Field

Over the years of covering races, I have had the pleasure of writing up the Cotillion on many different occasions. While you can always expect a $1,000.000 race that is six weeks before the BC to draw a loaded field, it always seems that the Cotillion takes that to another level and is especially competitive.

Looking for Our Next Turf Monster at PRX

On the undercard of the PA Derby and the Cotillion on Saturday at PRX, turf sprinters will also get a chance to run for a nice purse as the 18th running of the Turf Monster Handicap takes place. The race was ungraded when it debut in 2007, and was upgraded to a Grade 3 in 2011.
