Three Year Olds and Up Fillies and Mares NM Breds

A field of five router New Mexico bred fillies has been entered up for this years running of the NM Classic Pride Championship. At first glance it looks like any of the five in here could win this race to me. Lets take a look at the field.

1. Half Acre (7-3-2-2 $58.950), trained by Aml Racing

The first filly in this field is coming into this race off of a win in what was basically a prep for this race about a month ago. She won nicely that day and that should have set her up perfectly for this race. I think that she has a big chance to win.

2. Sweep Bnegn (12-3-4-2 $233.070), trained by Drabfantasy

Of course we always have to give a lot of respect to the Drabfantasy runners in New Mexico bred races. This filly ran second in an allowance at Calder off of an eleven month layoff last out. She should be ready to roll in here and I think she can win this for sure.

3. Dancing Hero (10-1-4-4 $152.700), trained by Gdp Inc

Now to this filly who is coming into this race off of a second place finish in the grade three Charles Town Oaks. She always seems to bring her race to whatever track she runs at and this should be no exception. She has a good chance to win this race.

4. Beautiful Heartbreak (5-4-0-1 $88.980), trained by The A Stable

And here is a filly who has done almost nothing wrong in her career. She took an almost two year layoff before coming back this year and going three for three including a stakes win at Monmouth in her last start. If the weight isn’t too much for her she should be tough in here.

5. Night School (20-5-4-5 $421.350), trained by Maxmillion Farm

The last runner in the field here and she is coming into this race off of a third place finish in an allowance race at Golden Gate. It looks to me that she is tailing off just a little bit and she has a tough post. She would need a lot of help to win in here.

Summary

A very solid field right here and there is a chance for any one of these to win. If the weight does not hurt her too much Beautiful Heartbreak should be very tough. She is my top choice in this field. Good luck to all in the field.
