1st- Home Spirit (Night Rider Stables) {1:41.15}: Broke alertly and quickly established inside position. Raced along the inside of a four-horse early pace battle. Did not allow Contradiction and Dime Defense to clear and drop in front of him. Held his path into the lane with Dime Defense as the target. Grabbed the lead at the quarter-pole and gamely held the place horse at bay to win by a short head.
2nd-Crimson Rioja (Mo Mentum Farm) {1:41.18}: Was racing in between the lead pack and the duo in the back. Moved to the three-path rounding the turn and into the lane. Split horses entering the stretch and made a determined rally. Eating into the deficit late,second-best.
3rd-Jolly Rook (Angelos Stable) {1:41.26}: Raced along the rail in tandem with Jumbo Bite at the back of the field. Commenced his rally at the quarter pole as he entered the lane. Finished up the rail while full of run and got up for the show.
4th-Dime Defense (Asgar) {1:41.37}: Was prominent from the two-path early. Drifted to the four-path entering the lane. Kept on through the wire, just missed for the show honors.
