1st-Unicorn (Black N Gold Stable) {1:34.89}: Broke on the outside of the second three-horse flight. Continued three-wide around the first turn before moving closer, while maintaining his course, down the backside. Shifted to the center of the course midway on the final bend. Took over at the furlong marker and edged away late.
2nd-Space Commander (Nakamura Stables) {1:35.17}: Broke between runners in a three-way battle on the front end. Ramped-up the pressure on the final bend before entering the lane with the lead. Couldn’t hold off the winner but was clearly second-best.
3rd-Bayou Days (Barcelona Farms) {1:35.33}: Assumed rail position while contesting the early pace with two others. Moved to the front after a half. Came under pressure rounding the turn. Relinquished the lead at the 3/16 pole and kept to task to secure the show.
4th-Nobile Dex (Angelos Stable) {1:35.43}: Broke in the middle of the 2nd group of three. Reserved his run until entering the stretch before rallying mildly.
