#1 State General (Mb Stables) Allowance winner has been trying stakes level for a while and in five tries has never finished worse than third. He also hasn’t won at that level. He is due for a win, and this could be where he gets it.

#2 Snake Eyez (Gdp Inc) Finished second by less than a length last at optional claiming level out in ON-bred company. Big step up for this gelding.

#3 Shark Force One (Emerald Racing Inc) Still a maiden. Best attempt came in MSW20 company at LAD in June. Seems a bit outclassed here.

#4 The Generals Quest (Glorify Stables) Won a N1X at FL last start after four unsuccessful attempts in stakes company. Did finish second in the Queenston Stakes in June but that was at seven furlongs. Needs some racing luck to get it done here.

#5 Chancellor (Mo Mentum Farm) Last win for this colt came in optional claiming company in April. Came close to a win in the Sir Barton in May. Has been struggling in stakes company since.
