6 PRX PA Nursery Stakes
$200.000 2yo Foaled In PA 7f Dirt 120lbs +penalties
Short notice, small field, let’s make this happen!! The PA-bred freshmen will be looking to knock down a big purse and a small field of four are set to go seven panels in the Tuesday stakes, the PA Nursery. I know the three and four horses have been swapping wins in these PA-bred stakes, but I’m looking for King Noah to get the job done today. He hasn’t run a bad race and was third, then fourth vs. Grade One types, and I think the class will be the key to the win today.
Here’s The Field –
|
Yellow Lightning | Angelos Stable | Laprida J | 117 | 15/1 |
Broke maiden at PID for $15.000 claimer, then came back to be third vs. PA-bred Alw company. She will need her best vs. the boys here today and I just don’t know if the weight will be enough.
|
King Noah | Arindel | Lopez P | 120 | 8/5 |
Broke maiden over this track, then won an Alw race at SAR before a third in the Hopeful (GI) over that same surface. Was fourth at SA last out in the Pharoah (GI), which is certainly nothing to be ashamed of. He could be real tough to get past.
|
Justice Of The Peace | Maletto | Silvera Ru | 122 | 3/1 |
A bit of a rivalry here as this one and the four horse have been swapping wins vs. PA-bred stakes company. He won the Whistle Pig and Prince Lucky, then was third in the McDermott at PID in his most recent. But I think he has another to worry about today.
|
Power Struggle | Mb Stables | Sanchez M J | 122 | 7/2 |
Was second in the Prince Lucky, then came back to win the McDermott in his most recent. Again, he’s swapping wins with the three, but does the new kid in town add up to be a bigger threat?
