The third-place finisher in the BC Fillies and Mares Sprint backed out of a speed duel with Toothless but always kept her in her sights and it was just a matter of when not f she would assert herself again. Pulling away through the final furlong she won by just under a length and looks to set up another successful season.

Went to to the front and made the favorite work hard all the way eventually going down to the better horse inside the final furlong. She is a consistent and versatile mare who seems as good as ever and i am sure she will be a force in this type of race throughout the year.

A little one paced which is understandable for a filly that is not noted for her sprinting prowess, but she kept on pretty gamely and ran with some merit.
