Karloffs Monster was appropriately named… she is a monster. But I don’t think Twin TowersRacing wanted it to be as close as it was. Directors Chair, sent off at 75/1 odds set the pace to the sixteenth pole, but the class took over as Monster rolled past on the inside and won by a half-length. The final running time was 1:432 on the Good Main track, here in HOU. Directors Chair held off the late charge of Drink Me Pretty to gain the second spot by a head. It was two lengths back to League Of Legends in fourth. Six lengths covered the field.
