1st: #9 Times Ticking (Angelos Stable/E. Jaramillo): Away quickly while running 2nd though 5-wide around first bend. Managed to get to three-wide while tracking lone pacesetter. Made steady progress down the backside to get within two lengths. Ranged-up to the leader on the turn for home. Took the lead outside the quarter-pole but couldn’t spurt away. All heart to get to the wire in time. 50 KYD Points
2nd: #2 Racket Cat (Alydar Stables/D. Van Dyke): Away towards the rear of the field but on the rail. Had only two in his rearview starting down the back stretch. Began making real progress entering the turn. Finally found his lane in the 7-path entering the stretch. Moving best of all late but couldn’t reel in the leader. 20 KYD Points
3rd: #11 Buccaneers Bounty (Nakamura Stables/D.E. Centeno): In the stalking flight early but caught 7-wide around the first turn. Tried to match the winner’s move as they rounded the home bend. Made headway on the winner but couldn’t hold on to the place. 15 KYD Points
4th: #4 Silent Murder (Mb Stables/Ru. Silvera): Three-wide in the stalking flight early. Tracked the front-runners to the turn for home where he found himself boxed in. Found room inside the winner but didn’t have the momentum of the others and got going too late. 10 KYD Points
5th: #8 Alive (Rampage Stable/I. Ortiz Jr): Didn’t get away the best and found himself 5-6 wide around the first turn while racing 7th. Held his path down the backside and around the second turn and had just enough run to secure the final available points. 5 KYD Points
