Not only did the three-year-old colt win against older, Wisdom wired the field in near record time. From the time he took the lead in the first few jumps, the race was for second. Hint Of Sugar tracked the leader throughout and never gave up his second place, while even odds favorite Crypto lost his third place position but regained it to take home show money.

1 Wisdom (Mb Stables) Never challenged in a near record wire-to-wire performance.

2 Hint Of Sugar (Arindel) Ran second throughout to take place money.

3 Crypto (Maxmillion Farm) Lost his third position halfway through but regained it to hit the wire third.

4 Blamethespeedparty (Martyparty) Challenged for third but had to settle for fourth.

5 Higher Drift (Asgar) Trailed most of the way but managed to finish fifth of six.

6 Blue Express (Threshold) Fourth early, faded to sixth and last.

Wisdom was bred in KY by Patterson Stables and changed hands for $150.000 before he ever ran a race. By Hopes Up High x Forty Two And You (Forty Two), the three-year-old colt has won four of five starts. The win brings his career earnings to $331.740 and serves notice to the best of the crop.
