Team Leader Edges Mountaineer to Take Lafitte at DED

The Fractious owned Team Leader stalked the pace, edged up down the center of the track and got up in the late stagest take the Lafitte at DED, covering the seven panels in 1:22.29 for his first stakes score and second win of his career.  Mountaineer certainly made it interesting, missing by a nose to take the second spot, then a neck to Bold Zionist, and pace-setter Resurrect in fourth.  Four lengths covered the field of eight.
