Picked up for under $5.000 in the auction he has now won four in a row starting with a little race at LAD and culminating in this stakes win. The work times said it all and though he only won by a head there is no doubt this horse is heading sharply up his improvement curve and possibly into connection for much better races than this.

Went to contest the lead as the gates opened and tried hard all the way. You can’t fault this one’s huge effort today but in the end, he was grabbed just short of the post.

3rd House Of Games Spankys Barn Van Dyke D

Contested the lead with Tokugawa nearly all of the way and only really lost it in the dying strides. This was a game effort and his first race for a long time, so I expect plenty of improvement next time and better things to come.

4th Animal House Night Rider Stables Smith M E

Either by design or the beauty of horse lead and a race engine that seems to choose the running styles on a daily basis this one went way, way back and closed hard for fourth. He was beaten less than a length and was going faster through the last two furlongs than any of the first three.
