1st Queen Evade Party Maxmillion Farm Ortiz J L

The times this filly wins she looks like a superstar, but she doesn’t win very often so she can be a bit frustrating to follow. Today we saw the best of her, finding gaps, timing her run and running through for an impressive one length win. She definitely seems a bit better when coming from off the pace and that will be at the core of her ability to win races like this. The odds monkeys got it all wrong as usual, and I don’t think we will be seeing odds like these for the rest of the year.

2nd Ifyerwokeyerajoke TwinTowersRacing Ruiz Jo

Ran home well for second but it has been a long, long time since she won a race and she never looked like beating the winner today. It may be that age five will see her get into the groove and I hope she does because her form is good enough to win races like this.

3rd Ignore Tucker Fractious Zayas E J

The enigma that is Tucker just rolls on. Looked to race in a good spot but as usual things didn’t go her way in the finish.

4th= Twilight Time Fractious Alvarado J

It seems the stable mates said we are drawn together, lets finish together as the two of them were pretty close for the whole race. The placings were as usual a blanket finish and she came out in a share for fourth.

4th= Ask Forfree Delivery Arindel Jaramillo E

Used the wide gate to get on the speed and eventually to the lead but the penalty proved too much in the end and she paddled into a share of fourth. This was a good effort in the circumstances by a good mare, and I am sure when she races without penalty that she will find the winners circle again.
