Another race that could have been fun to watch but has been ruined by the weight taskmaster.  So, we watch eight combatants that will vary from 122 to 117 pounds.  I refuse to try to cope with this silliness, so we will let The Green Card handle the picks for this one. 

Despite the impost, The Card is taking Seydoux II off of that long string of graded efforts, many of them either wins or being right in the thick of it all.  He’s changed barns over to Luz International as Arindel dispersed their entire fleet… so can he carry the weight for the new connections?  I know The Card doesn’t take weight into consideration, not the way it’s handed out here… so, I’m not sure. 

He drops down to the rail and puts Mo Mentum Farm’s Chagrin Falls in the second spot, that one running a big race to be third, less than a length back, in the Salvatore Mile (GIII) at MTH.  He has three wins on the ’24 campaign, so, he knows how to get his picture taken.
