1st Wander Mb Stables Velazquez J R

Well, from about halfway there was little doubt who was going to win this race as this filly went to the front and just kept piling the pressure on her rivals. She was due this win after some excellent efforts in better races and the way she dominated this race suggests she can take on the higher grades again.

2nd Be Exceptional TwinTowersRacing Geroux F

Another solid effort from the filly but was always second best to the winner. After a stakes win last month, she is left with this grade until the penalty drops off but bar the winner, she was pretty good here and I think she can find a grade three at some point.

3rd Favorite Sister Black N Gold Stable Pennington F

Held her place well enough through the run but had no chance with the winner although nearly grabbed second. A decent enough effort from this versatile filly.

4th Emily Nakamura Stables Martinez C

Tracked the leaders but found little on the run for home. This was a little disappointing after her good win last time, but she was close up with the second and third and she looks to be improving nicely.
