The biggest day of racing, here just north of Philly, and we look at a group of eight sophomore sprinters set to go six furlongs in the Gallant Bob Stakes (GII).  A very nice pot for this one, and we get a solid group of entrants to match.

I’m looking for Chisel to keep the good form going, fresh off of that win in the Jerkins (GI)… he was also third in the Amsterdam (GII), both of those at SAR.  He’s always right in the picture, so no reason to look away from him.

Staying in that same vein, I’ll take Hurricane Ridge in the second spot.  He won the Amsterdam (GII) and tried to be fifth in the Jerkins (GI).  He was favored in both of those, and I think he comes back big from that last out disappointment.  The distance is right, and I like the change in pilot.
