Just like her namesake she was far too fast for them at the end of this race winning by a comfortable length after the perfect tactical race. Settling just off the leaders she was always going well and went past them in cruise control through the last furlong. This was an impressive win for the filly who hadn’t won since her debut last May but had been eye catching in defeat in her last two.

2nd Niece Knight Our Athletes Carmouche K

Had to go pretty hard to hold them off the rail early and led them a merry dance right to the final furlong. In only her third start, she ran well in her first stakes assignment and looks a nice prospect.

3rd No Ones Comparing Mb Stables Luzzi L J

Dropped a bit too far back early on and may have been a little outpaced back in trip today. She ran on nicely enough but never threatened the first two, but I do feel she left a bit in the locker with today’s effort. I think there is better to come from her.

4th Profound Dime Asgar Vives S

Stalked the lead but fell away at the end and at this stage she does seem a bit of a short runner. Only small, she may be one of those that needs to strengthen up a little to see her races out, and I wouldn’t be writing off her future just yet.
