4 CT Its Binn Too Long Stakes
$75.000 3yoF 41/2F Dirt 119lbs +penalties
We did fairly well in this one… after all, it’s where we grew up. Jediminds Stable takes the Its Binn Too Long Stakes as Beauty Queen was outrun for the first part of the race, but that’s not when they hand out checks… moving up when asked, the black filly gets her first stakes win, covering the four and a half furlongs in :504, proving best by a neck. She now shows a 3/2/3 line from her eleven lifetime starts and hasn’t missed the board this season. Congrats to the Connections!
Panionios Racing takes the runner-up spot as the lightly raced Spinto Soprano, sent off as the even money favorite, had the lead turning for home, but just couldn’t hold off the eventual winner. Another length back, Mollys Sweet Nectar, conditioned by Luz International, set the early pace and held on for third, in only her third start – watch this one down the road. Another neck back, Keith Austin Inc.’s Super Star Dust got the minor money. Four lengths covered the field of six.
