Versatile mare toggles between sprints and routes and comes in off a Saratoga turf sprint stakes win with a perfect pressing trip. Graded-placed at 8½f this summer and repeatedly competitive at 5½f/KEE. She’s not quite as fast early as the very top speeds, but her stalk-and-pounce style plays well if the inside burners hook up. Cutting back again after a route-centric midseason that included the Ky Oaks trail; her best sprint try this cycle was a bold Caress (G3) near-miss before a compromised Music City. A reliable late-running sprinter who already owns a graded 5½f win at SAR this season and a strong third on soft in the Unbridled Sidney. Toss the KD Ladies Sprint—she never got involved from the far outside. Turf drills at KEE signal readiness; with any melt-up ahead of her, she’s a live late threat and a must-use in race wagers.

7. Frozen Mist (Maxmillion Farm) — Jockey: Bridgmohan S X — Projected Odds: 3-1

Classy mare won the KD Ladies Sprint (G2) last out with a perfect tracking trip and earlier dueled-and-held in the Intercontinental before just missing. She’s proven at KEE (spring allowance win) and owns the ideal stalker’s gear to sit behind the speed of Stellar Strength/Shine To Class. Rock-solid win contender who rarely runs a bad one at this trip.
