A mile battle of will… that’s the OB Distaff story. Perception Plus and Sizzler went head and head the entire way around the LS turf course with the Spb Racing trained Perception Plus winning the photo and the lion’s share of the $200.00 purse. This was the fifth win for the gray filly, taking her lifetime bank to $260.21. Congrats to the Connections!

Mb Stables’ Sizzler gave it everything she had, but just could not get it done, missing by a head. She was a clear second with Luz International’s Unfinished Symphony in third, then another half length to Grehound’s Youthful Thoughts getting the minor share. The final running time was 1:33.09 for the flat mile, the turf course was listed as Firm and we had no scratches from this one.
