Viking Rasta wins The Awesome Again Stakes going mid pack early five lengths off the pace then ran on strongly down the home stretch to take up the lead going on to win by a length from Mach Love with Marshal Berthier another length further back in third. The winner is owned by Delta Farms.

How they ran.

Viking Rasta settled in mid pack early, five lengths off the pace, then ran on strongly down the home stretch to take up the lead going on to win by a length

Mach Love started in sixth four lengths off the pace, then made steady headway getting up to finish second.

Marshal Berthier started and raced in second, only to be passed in the home stretch dropping back to finish third.

Safecracker raced in eighth five lengths off the pace, then ran on to finish fourth beaten by two lengths.

Yummy Opus settled right at the back of the field nine lengths off the pace, then ran on strongly to finish fifth.

Generals Companion lead the field from the off till the six furlong post, then weakened down the home stretch dropping back through the field to finish sixth.

Hardline settled next to the rear of the field eight lengths off the pace, then ran on making up four lengths getting up to finish seventh.

Connectivity started in fifth then weakened back to finish eighth.

Democrat Politician started and raced in fourth, then weakened back to finish ninth.

Niagra never in the race started in tenth and finish there.

Pure Reindrops raced in third from the off then weakened back through the field to finish eleventh.

Strickland started in ninth and never got any better weakening back to finish last of the twelve runners beaten by the winner by nine lengths.
