Steel Freak broke first but lost position after three furlongs dropping back into second and finished there.
Give A Dog A Bone settled near the rear of the field six lengths off the pace then ran on strongly down the home stretch getting up to finish third beaten by a length.
Grayjacks Kid settled at the rear of the field eight lengths off the pace and ran on down the home stretch getting up to finish fourth.
Cyborg always near the rear of the field, started in fourth a length behind then weakened badly to finish fifth beaten by eleven lengths.
Paula The Skeleton started in third then went backwards to finish last of the six runners beaten by fourteen lengths.
