Grandeur started in second two lengths off the pace then made headway to take up the lead in the final furlong going on to win by a head.
Ocean Cookie lead the field from the off till headed in the final furlong dropping back to finish second.
Bombastic Thought settled near the rear of the field five lengths off the pace then ran on strongly to finish third beaten by three quarters of a length.
Fly Millennium settled at the rear of the field seven lengths off the pace then ran on strongly to finish fourth beaten by a length.
Luck For Six started in fifth and finish there.
Russian Whisky started and raced in fourth stayed on at one pace dropping back to finish sixth.
Evil Position started in third weakening back through the field to finish last of the seven runners beaten by three lengths.
