1       Heartbreak Gullis                Owned by Axeman                           Olguin G L

Was purchased in March 2015 for $89.880 in the auction.  He went on to debut for his new owner in the Appleton Grade III where he finished fourth.  His next start would be in the San Francisco Mile Grade III where he did not show well either at the mile to finish fifth.  His last race was just about a month ago against open Allowance company at WO where he picked up his first win for his new owner.  He is trying Grade III stakes company one again.  I think there are better one’s in here.

2      Pretoria                                     Owned by Nakamura Stables       Pennington F

Three back he had won three in a row.  One win from a $75.000 Stakes race and two wins from allowance company.  Two back he went to GP to run in the Grade II Diarmida going a bit longer than a mile, the actual distance was a mile and 3/8 on the sod.  In this race he finished fifth.  His most recently ran in the Elusive Quality which was at seven furlongs on the sod.  He ran third in that race.

3       Video Master                Owned by D J C Racing Stables                Baird E T

Broke his Maiden at PEN at first asking.  His next race was at a mile against Allowance company on the dirt course, and he picked up a win there.  His next start would be at a mile and a half on the yielding sod, where he finished second against open allowance.  His last race he won against ON Breds at WO in an Allowance going 6 1/2 furlongs on the dirt course.  Back to the sod, and has to stretch out today.  Should handle the sod and the distance just fine.

4      Jamfest                             Owned by Jkk Racing Stables                  Lezcano J

Has 9 wins out of 24 starts on the sod.  This 7 year old gelding, is coming off a win in the Elusive Quality which was run at 7 furlongs on the sod.  Four races back he won the Dayton Grade III going 6.5 furlongs on the sod.  He has to stretch out at least a furlong from his last race.  He did a very nice job in the Elusive Quality.  Tough company.

5       Son Of Ra                        Owned by Sanny Village                          Rosario J

He has been struggling in Grade I and Grade II company, and today has the opportunity to take a class drop to Grade III company.  In the Dixie Grade II he finished fourth by two lengths.  Two back he ran in the Makers Mark Mile Grade I where he finished third by a neck.  Gets a drop in class today, which should help him a lot.  Looks sharp here.

6      Fairy Dust                       Owned by Our Athletes                           Castellano J J

Was purchased on May 18 for $125.000.  His debut race for his new owner in the Opening Verse.  This race was a 1 1/16 mile on the sod.  Out of the gate he went right to the lead.  When he came home he struggled and went on to be seventh.  His last win came at AQU on the good surface in the Jazil $100.000 in January.  I like others more.

Iwin picks:                 5-4-1
