Another claimed by this stable that turned defeat into winning straight away. The stable can do no wrong at the moment and he gets the ace draw to add some more black type to the trophy cabinet.

2 Coppa Blue Riggins Racing Hernandez C J 122 —

Came from last to be beaten a length last time out and I feel he is a lot better than his bare form suggests. He gets the perfect draw today and a small field to negotiate with his strong finish, so he has to go in the top three.

3 Slava Royalty Stables Talamo J 122 —

Ran three good races on the turf so a surprise entry here but his works show that he can be effective on dirt over a shorter trip so he must be given a chance. He has been given some rough draws by the draw monster so today he gets his chance.

4 Figueroa Royalty Stables Corrales G 122 —

Ran a fair race on the turf in the Tyro Stakes after a debut win, one feels he may be a little out of his depth here but there is some ability there, and he shouldn’t be written off. I will be watching him today with a view to his next race.

5 Platform Team 7 Illusions Colon L H 122 —

Another stable that is fizzing at the moment this could be another one that is destined for better things. Two good races for one win in big ticket CD maidens and some slick works to back that up puts him right in this.

6 On Tap Winning Link Stables Cedillo A 122 —

Experience can be worth a length and this one has plenty with two wins from five starts. A real consistent trier he will be in this for a long way and may use the outside speed push to get a few of these off the bit.

SUMMARY

The two here that I think have a future at this level and better is Platform and Coppa Blue, but the way Fractious has been going recently I may be foolish to go against Tulsa Time.
