As predicted in my review that it was too close to call and that was how it turned out with only three and a quarter lengths from first to last with Ansee Willie winning by a neck from Cape Horn Rocker with Doble Sqaw three quarters of a length further back in third.

Ansee Willie close up in mid pack ran on strongly to with The McKay Turf Sprint by a neck.
Cape Horn Rocker close up Racing with the leader took the lead in the home stretch challenged and past in the final furlong held on for second.
Doble Sqaw broke in fourth raced a length off the lead ran on to finish third.
Generally Correct lead the field for the first two furlong could not match the finishing speed of first three to weaken back to fourth.
Five Foxes settled near the rear of the field ran on strongly closing at the finish only beaten by a length to finish fifth.
Marry Me Mandy raced in seventh ran on slightly to finish sixth two lengths off the winner.
Irish Honor raced in mid pack one pace to finish dead heat seventh.
Fly So High started in third only a nose behind the leader going through the first two furlongs weakened to finish dead heat seventh.
The Celtic Soul Bro never in the race broke and race in eight weakened into ninth.
Metis Magic raced in last finished in last.
