Thinking Outside The Box For The WO Mile
This Saturday at WO, the third of four “win and you’re in” races for the BC Mile will be taking place. As if that was not enough incentive for trainers to head north of the border, the WO Mile also offers a $1,000.000 purse to be divided up amongst its top four finishers. This has led to the starting gate being mostly full, with twelve talented runners taking their chance at cashing in on the rewards that this race offers.

Last month at CNL, Killer Instinct would make his turf debut in the Grade 1 AP Million in what was his 24th career start. Individuation Convincingly Wins Pacific Classic
Capping off an exciting Saturday of racing would be the running of the Grade 1 Pacific Classic, which interestingly featured eight of its ten runners coming out of the Whitney at SAR, especially when they could have stayed there for the JC Gold Cup. An automatic spot in the BC Classic was at stake and it is now official that the reigning champion of that race will be able to defend his title.
