The Challenger Stakes Will Live Up to Its Name
A field of eleven will be heading to the starting gate for The Challenger Stakes as a part of the TAM Derby undercard. This is a smaller Grade 3, and it is only the third year that has run as a graded stake. It first appeared in 2005 as ungraded, and was only a $65.000 race back then.

He would go off at odds at 15/1, and after six furlongs of this race, pretty much everyone was ready to forget about him.
