1st Black Flags, trained by La Canada Racehorses

Welp the winner finally returned to some of his early two year old form that he was in. He came from a little bit off the pace and ran a very big race to get to the winners circle. He ran a very big race and showed he still has some left in the tank from last year. He ran the six furlongs in 1:09.34 and earned $60.000 for the win.

2nd Brady Is A Lady, trained by Sharis Stables

Once again this horse showed that he is a stakes quality horse if he could just get the right circumstances for the style that he wants to run. He went to the lead like usual but he just could not get to the line in front of the winner. He is a stakes caliber horse for sure and he will eventually get a stakes win.

3rd Hide The Lemon, trained by Gdp Inc
Well this horse kind of surprised me with

how good he actually ran because I didn’t really see him running anywhere in the top four. He definitely ran a pretty good race and ended up only getting beat by two lengths in the end. He did not run a bad race at all that’s for sure.

4th Sweeping In Levis, trained by Drabfantasy

This runner here did not run that bad at all either and actually ran pretty good for being that close to the pace early on. He sat right behind the leader and then ended up fading a little bit to get beat by two lengths in the end. He didn’t run bad at all but may be better on the turf.

Summary

Well there is no doubt that this was a very deserving winner because he put forth a very good race for sure to get the win. The runner up is very unlucky also as he just cant seem to win a stakes race at all. But a big performance by Black Flags for sure. Congratulations to Black Flags and La Canada Racehorses.
