1st Bogey Free Maxmillion Farm Cedillo A

The turf King does it again as he turned this $5.000 auction purchase and sprinter into a black paper, winner over the mile. Whether it was tactical genius or horse lead luck this daughter of Grandeur used her speed to get to the front with the help of the outside speed push and never looked like getting caught. This was a decent performance and whilst it was a tight field on paper, she will have to step up again to move to the next grade. She is sitting in my black book for the next time she runs.

2nd Mundi Moon High Voltage Rispoli U

Horse lead or stalk there wasn’t much more this filly could do as she kept the rest at bay but was comfortably held by the winner. She ran time ways up to the mark she set in the GG Allowance last time and i just wonder when looking at her works that she may find a bit extra on the main track. Either way this was a solid effort by an inexperienced filly.

3rd Greyfriars Red Greyfriars Stable Vazquez R A

On her career so far this filly either needs 10 furlongs plus or a more forward instruction as she once again made good ground by never looked like reaching the first two. There is some talent here though and one does feel that once she gets her trip and racing style sorted, she could win a nice race.

4th Rekindle Mb Stables Espinoza V

She was pretty disappointing as favorite running along behind the first two but then falling away pretty cheaply when the pressure came on. It is difficult to read where she will go from here as she seems to have hit a flat spot in her improvement curve, but I am sure the champion trainer will have plans.
