Boss Spearman Looks to Rebound in WV Breeder’s Classic

WV Breeder’s Classic

for WV Breds – $300,000 -Hollywood Casino & Races
Charles Town, WV

Boss Spearman from the John Henry barn looks to rebound back to his winning ways at Charles Town Saturday. This three-year-old won the Arkansas Derby before competing in the Triple Crown races. He was purchased privately for $500.000 between the Preakness and Belmont. Whatever gas is in the tank after a tough campaign this year should be on full display Saturday against restricted foes.

Power Grid from The Sidley Stud is looking for three straight. “Grid” is a four-year-old win machine (eight for nineteen) and is certainly at concert pitch right now. Win or lose he will be rolling late.

Zero Aggression from Yates Racing is another three-year-old signed up here. “Aggression” won the Marine Stakes but then failed to finish the task when in a good enough spot in the Haskell. Showed up out west in the Shared Belief Stakes but just circled the oval. I believe he didn’t care for the fast track in California and was overmatched in the previous stakes, a grade one. Should be in the garden spot here if good enough.

Hubble shows up here after winning a NW2 Allowance, but does call Mb Stables home, so that move alone always piques interest from the backside informed.

Snip That Thing from Night Rider Stables has been changing barns for feed money pricing lately and would be a total shocker.
