Nothing Lazy About Shoo Fly’s BC Juvenile Win

Nine months ago, a horse named Rain Shower went to post at TUP for a new trainer, Lazy Eye. They had operated a virtual stable before, and had spent a lot of time in their preparations prior to their first race. On Saturday, there were no rain showers and nothing to dampen the parade for Lazy Eye, as he quickly would become a BC winning trainer.

The Future Is On Display In The BC Juvenile

The biggest race of the two year old season is upon us, as the 20th edition of the BC Juvenile takes place at KEE. In addition to taking home the winner’s share of the $2,000.000 purse, and the KYD points that the race offers, the winner of the BC Juvenile will be seen as the first true favorite for the KYD itself.

Gear Up for BC Distaff

The BC Distaff is the biggest race of the year for female horses, and on Saturday we will see two past winners of the race go head to head in what will be the 20th running of the stake. 2019 winner Z Command is still going strong, and 2021 winner Naples is ready to defend her title against twelve other very deserving fillies and mares.
