There weren’t many horses that decided to take a shot at the Grade 3 Chilukki at CD, even with the race’s generous $300.000 purse. Just five will be heading to the starting gate for this, the nineteenth running of the race. Don’t worry, though, because it is not short on quality!

Temperature Brings the Heat in The Pebbles

It was back to the grass for Temperature, a horse that Riggins Racing spent $375.000 on early in the year and turned in decent results, but the expectations were likely higher. She had been running well on the tturf, but the trainer took a couple cracks at the main track, and the results were similar: good, but not great.
