Mo Mentum Filly Gives Mb Stables a Santa Ynez Stakes Win

She’s a Mo Mentum horse in name, but Mo Mentum Filly is the property of Mb Stables, and has been for over a year. She has always run well, but it took a little while before she would be entered against top competition. Once there, she has stepped up to the task, and her win in the Santa Ynez Stakes marks her second straight stake win.

Valedictory Stakes Is a Complete Toss Up

Sunday racing at WO will feature the fourteenth running of the Valedictory Stakes, which sends its participants that maximum mile and a half distance on the main track. The conditions for the race have been mostly constant through time, however the first edition of the race was an ungraded affair.
