Balanced Field in the Bid Stakes
The NY Stallion Stakes continues on Saturday with the 14th running of the Bid Stakes, sending three year olds seven furlongs over the turf course. Like its companion event. The Joy, the Bid initially appeared on the schedule as a mile long dirt race, but would only be that way for one year.
