FG Stakes Looks Competitive
As a part of the big day at FG, we will have a race that is simply named after the track, the Grade 3 FG Stakes, which is a nine furlong race for older horses on the turf. It first appeared on the schedule in 2005, and has been run every year since other than 2006.
Demon Looks to Stay Hot in Mineshaft Stakes
The highlight of Saturday’s card at FG may be the Risen Star Stakes, but older horses are going to get a chance to run for a nice purse as well as the nineteenth running of the Mineshaft Stakes takes place.
