Strong Field Ready to Take a Bite Out of The Davis Stakes
This weekend is a little quieter than last week was, but still has two races that pay valuable KYD points taking place. One of them is the 19th running of The Davis Stakes, taking place at TAM at a little over a mile and offering 20 points for its winner. The $250.000 purse has been in place since 2012.

The Suncoast Stakes may only be an ungraded race, but it has plenty of importance for the KYO, as 20 valuable points are on the line for its winner. It started out much smaller, only being a $60.000 race in 2005, but it’s purse has gradually increased to the level we see today.
