When Wbf No Regrets is on, she can be as good as anyone in this division. The problem is, she just does not show that enough. She won the Apple Blossom and was good in the Phipps, but her next two starts saw her be a non-factor. That history made her one that you could not ignore here in the Spinster, and she would be made one of our picks, hoping that she would step up and run one of her better races.
