Gotham city and Sunday stakes action at AQU… we look at the field for The Memories of Silver, an inner Turf test for the sophomore sod specialists, and The Green Card says to jump on Ranger Danger, fresh off of that runner-up effort in the Gazelle (GIII), run on the main track here.  She sold after that race and the new owner moves her back to the grass where she broke maiden, back in Jan.  She shows a pair of am gallops over the green stuff, down at KEE, so it’s obvious that they have a strategy of coming back to the lawn.  Lazy Eye has a pair of entrants, and The Card goes with Tin Angel in the second spot, today.  She won over this same course vs. NY-bred Alw types, two back, then was fourth in the Lacombe Mem at FG last out, sent off as the 1.70/1 fav in that one.  Both of her wins have come on inner grass, so she’s fond of this, for sure.
