1 Clockwork Chai, trained by Mb Stables
There’s no better trainer than Mb Stables for timing and this looks the perfect time for the three year olds to start dominating stakes racing once again. This one would probably win without the weight allowance but with it he is unbeatable. An all the way winner in the Palm Beach last time he is working like a superstar and i really cant think of much more to say than this is the most obvious winner at HRP i have seen in a long time.

2 Roger The Australian, trained by Threshold
A nice sort who had a good enough three year old season but as the three year olds start to come into these races looks once again destined for a minor placing.

3 Hrudley, trained by Axeman
Another three year old so if previous years are a guide then this one will be second. He scored nicely in an ungraded race last time and his works are good enough to put some pressure on clockwork Chai.

4 Megawatt Laser, trained by Joseph Racing
Has some good form including an excellent second in the TAM Turf Classic last time but the three year old weight allowances make him a contender only for the smaller prizes.

5 What A Guarantee, trained by John Henry
This is probably the biggest threat to the three year olds and may end up splitting them if he gets a decent trip from a widish draw. Bought for $200 from Australia Wide like most of the stables top horses he has some good form and swift work times so he must have some sort of chance.

6 Northern Belief, trained by Mis Hijos Stable
Unbeaten in two starts but at much lower grade he looks a very promising sort but gets a wide draw in this which may put pay to his chances.

SUMMARY
I hope i am wrong but this looks like the start of the rot for the older horses. In the past few years the three year olds have started to dominate these types of races and this race looks like it may be a one two for them. If i am wrong and i hope i am What a guarantee looks a good bet.
