There really was no surprise that this horse won but it was a surprise that she only won by a half length. I think that narrow margin was down to the wide draw though as she went to the speed with the wide gate speed push and she struggles to stay this trip from the front. She held on in the end to win just not in the easy fashion i had expected.

2nd Snakie Hippie Girl First Street Stables Wilson E J

Ran much better today than the last time she tried a longer trip so it looks like she is gaining some strength as she gets older and may just be ready for a prolonged campaign in routes.

3rd Techno Cheryl The Sidley Stud Campbell J M

She has been campaigned at this level for a while now but just seems to have lost her will for a fight and once again just whacked away for the minor prize.

4th Valarita Gdp Inc Garcia Alan

Straight out of a maiden she didnt do too bad to be beaten just two lengths. She may just be better on a wet track so she could be worth keeping in mind if those conditions come up in a similar race.
