Three Year Olds and Up
1st Fahrenheit, trained by Mb Stables
Well one of the only two three year olds in the field right and he earns his pay race win and his first graded stakes win. He sat in a very nice stalking position early on and when it was time to roll he blew right to the lead and opened up to win by three quarters of a length. He ran the mile in 1:34.51 and earned $180.000 for the win.
2nd Made To Sin, trained by John Henry
And a very big performance by this horse right here and I did not give him that much respect because I thought he was going downhill. He broke sharp and went straight to the front and was not going very quick. I thought that he might pull off the upset for a second but he could not hold off the winner. He still stayed on nicely to run second though.
3rd Brazen Deception, trained by Nakamura Stables
The other three year old in the field also ran a pretty big race to get into the top three. He was in midpack pretty much the whole way but he was only about a length off of the lead for the entire race. He did not have a big kick at all but he also did not throw in the towel as he kept fighting to at least get up for third in the end.
4th Count Of Boom, trained by Night Rider Stables
A nice run from this horse also as he finished a pretty decent fourth. He sat in a good stalking position early on in the race but he kind of lost position throughout but he at least hung around and stayed there for fourth. He did not run too bad of a race and at least hit the board and got a little piece of the purse.
Summary
Well this time around it seems that the weight break helped out the three year old as Fahrenheit got the big time win here in the LS Mile. He ran a big race and he should definitely improve off of this race. Congratulations to Fahrenheit and Mb Stables on the win.
