  1. Dorky Stripes                                 Glorify Stables                Garcia Alan

Ran here in the Woodstock against open company for a purse of $125.00 going six furlongs on the main track.  He came from off the pace that day to come up shy to finish fourth by 2 lengths.  Prior to that he ran this distance at SA against Optional Claimers for Non Winners of 2 Races $40.000 and finished second by ¼ length.  Trying to make a step in the right direction as he drops into ON Breds.  He keeps the blinkers on for this race, third career start with them on.  His SRF number is 89.5.

  1. Super Seeker                                  Downwind Stables          Da Silva E R

Comes off an Optional Claimer victory against $18.000 Non Winners of 2 races where he stalked the pace, and powered on with a furlong to go to win by a ½ length.  Prior to that he lost a Claimer $25.000 Non Winners of 3 Races Lifetime going six furlongs.  I think this is a pretty decent step up for him.  His SRF number is 90.

  1. James Cook                                          Australia Wide                 Wilson E J

Jockey E J Wilson just won on this three year old chestnut breaking his Maiden against ON Breds in April going 6 furlongs.  That day he was the even money favorite, and is looking for his second consecutive win today.  His SRF number is 89.5.

  1. Ferro                                                     Team 7 Illusions              Moran D

Just won a 6 furlong ON Bred Stakes Race in April the Providence Stakes for a purse of $125.000 against 3+.  Comes back today for more, and will not have to beat older horses today, and gets a jockey change from M Rainford to D Moran, which in my book a big plus.  Moran has been aboard during his Maiden campaign.  His SRF number is 94.5.

  1. Scott The Great                                  Night Mare Racing                   Contreras L

Two back he broke his Maiden down at TAM going a mile.  Last time out he caught a muddy track at SA where he didn’t fare so well in the mud and finished ninth against Optional Claimers $40.000 Non Winners of 2 races.  You have to throw that race out, and look at his form.  He is 5 for 8 in the money, and knows how to hit the board.  You would definitely expect a better performance in this race, but I don’t think the winner circle is in his future tomorrow.  His SRF number is 85.5.

  1. Spirits Reward                                               Big Guns Stables             Husbands P

Has been on the turf his last 6 starts, and 6 out of his 8 starts have been on the sod.  He has only ever placed on the sod.  Big move here as he stretches back out to seven furlongs where his last win came at five and a half furlongs.  Not exactly sure why the change, but the owner is helping the change will be a positive one.  His SRF number is 86.

  1. 2 Good 2b Common                                    Night Rider Stables                   Boulanger G

Finished in a dead heat last time out at PRX against Allowance Non Winners of 1 race $45.000.  Prior to that against Allowance Non Winners of 1 race at TAM he finished second by three lengths.  He drops in against ON Breds which isn’t a move he has done in the past.  Hoping for a big of a change of pace here today.  His SRF number is 91.5.
